Abbe Clyde

PA-C, MMS

Abbe Clyde has been a physician assistant since 2012, earning her master’s degree in medical science from Arcadia University. Since 2016, she has specialized in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, mastering injectables like Botox and fillers. Abbe’s artistic eye and attention to detail allow her to tailor treatments for each patient, ensuring natural and satisfying results. Her diverse background in internal and emergency medicine makes her a well-rounded provider who prioritizes safety and patient satisfaction. Abbe also holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.

Abbe’s holistic approach extends to skincare and laser treatments, helping patients combat aging from all angles. She is passionate about helping her patients look on the outside the way they feel on the inside, achieving beautiful, long-lasting results.

Monika Orfanakos

LME, CLT

Monika Orfanakos is a European trained Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician
with over 30 years of experience in medical aesthetics industry.

Monika was born in Poland and had the benefit of living in and travelling to many countries.
She completed her medical aesthetics studies in Krakow, Poland following practical training
program with dermatologist where she mastered her European medical aesthetics techniques.
Monika then joined the European Dermatologist Clinic where she provided advanced medical
aesthetic treatments working closely with dermatologist.

After moving to United States and obtaining her aesthetics license in Pennsylvania in 1994,
Monika worked in Philadelphia’s best MedSpas, as well as a large well-known Dermatology
practice at the Lankenau Hospital. Her expertise and knowledge were often featured in Main
Line Life and local TV stations.

Monika owned and managed a successful MedSpa practice for over 14 years in Bryn Mawr
maintaining working relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, as well teaching
seminars for a large international skin care company.

Monika continued her education and attended the Institute of Laser Medicine where she
received her Laser Certification. Her laser training included multiple laser modalities such as
ablative and non-ablative fractional laser resurfacing, laser hair reduction, intensive pulse light,
ND:Yag laser, radio frequency skin tightening and body contouring. Monika is a regular participant in mecical esthetics and laser conferences, and believes it is essential to stay current with the latest medical aesthetic advances, treatments, and techniques.

With over three decades of aesthetics experience Monika brings knowledge, passion, and the
highest level of care to all her patients.

At the Morgenstern Center for Orbital & Facial Plastic Surgery she works closely with Dr.
Morgenstern providing a full range of non-surgical options and alternatives for facial
rejuvenation including medical esthetics, laser treatments and energy-based treatments that
are both safe and effective in a private medical supervised environment.

She offers over 33 different non-surgical treatments using the best cutting edge technology
available; CO2 lasers, Frax laser 1550, UltraMD 1927 nm resurfacing laser, Nd:Yag 1064 nm
laser as well as energy -based treatment such as Genius RF, IPL. She also offers specialized
treatments like: Dry Eye Treatments, Facial vascular treatments, Laser hair/ scalp restoration.

Medical esthetics treatments: Cosmelan de-pigmentation treatments, Scar revision, Electro-
coagulation for SH , Chemical peels, Dermabrasion, Microneedeling, Post -op Manual Lymphatic
Drainage, Clinical Facials including Acne and Rosacea treatments, as well as skin care and
product consultation and skin analysis.

Jamie DiTrolio

CRNA

Jamie DiTrolio is a highly skilled healthcare professional with a deep passion for both anesthesia and aesthetics. After earning her MSN in anesthesia from Drexel University in 2008, she spent 15 years working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in hospitals across the Philadelphia area. 
 
In 2021, Jamie began collaborating with Dr. Kenneth Morgenstern, providing anesthesia for oculoplastic and facial surgeries at the Morgenstern Center. This experience sparked her interest in aesthetics, leading her to pursue a new role as a nurse injector under Dr. Morgenstern's guidance. 
 
As a nurse injector, Jamie blends her extensive clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, ensuring that each patient at AME Salon and Spa feels confident and cared for. Her commitment to merging the artistry of aesthetics with medical precision makes her an invaluable member of the aesthetic team at the Morgenstern Center. 

Victoria Dooner

LE, Cosmetic Clinical Coordinator

Victoria Dooner is our dedicated Clinical Cosmetic Coordinator and a licensed Aesthetician who joined our practice in January 2023. Before joining our team, Victoria specialized in medical-grade facials and personalized skincare regimens. Prior to her aesthetics career, Victoria worked in both fertility and special education offering over 10 years’ experience in the medical and educational field.

Victoria's passion for helping and assisting others was inspired by her family full of nurses and her role model, her mother. This early admiration led her to nursing school, eventually merging her love for healthcare and beauty into a career in medical aesthetics. At the Morgenstern Center, Victoria plays a crucial role in patient care, assisting with both pre- and post-operative needs, answering surgical questions, managing medications, and providing support during in-office surgeries. When not aiding in surgical care, Victoria offers skin analysis and customized facials. Outside her profession, Victoria is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, enjoying games both on TV and in person.

Myya P.

Cosmetic Coordinator

Myya Pavone joined the Morgenstern Center in 2019, bringing her background in the beauty and wellness industries. She has experience managing a busy day spa, working as a makeup artist, and teaching yoga. As the Cosmetic Patient Coordinator, Myya also serves as the resident microblading artist. Her diverse skill set and commitment to patient care make her an invaluable part of our team.

Stacey C.

Surgical Coordinator

Spring of 2013, Stacey has been the dedicated guide for patients navigating their surgical journey. As the Surgical Coordinator, she is your primary point of contact for scheduling outpatient insurance surgeries with Dr. Morgenstern. From the moment you schedule your procedure, Stacey is by your side, seamlessly coordinating every detail—from working with your insurance and the surgery center to ensuring all aspects align perfectly with Dr. Morgenstern's schedule.

Stacey's commitment to patient care ensures that your surgical experience is smooth, stress-free, and successful. She's here to answer your questions, address your concerns, and make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. 

Heather Z.

Administrative Coordinator

Heather has been an integral part of our team for the past three years as our Office Administrator. She plays a key role in overseeing the front desk staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming experience for all our patients. In addition to managing the front desk, Heather coordinates Dr. Morgenstern's travel and conferences and ensures that our physicians’ schedules run seamlessly. She is also responsible for ordering office supplies and managing product inventory, keeping everything well-stocked and running efficiently. Her organization, attention to detail, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to our practice.

Sofia Z.

LME, Lancaster Office Manager

Sofia brings 18 years of specialized experience to The Morgenstern Center, having worked alongside Oculoplastic and general plastic surgeons in both surgical and non-surgical settings. Over the past decade, she has refined her expertise as a Medical Aesthetician, offering personalized skin analyses and advanced skincare treatments for patients of all ages. Her deep understanding of skincare products and their precise applications enhances the effectiveness of each procedure. Whether assisting physicians or treating her own patients, Sofia's passion, expertise, and attention to individual needs are immediately evident. Outside of her professional life, Sofia is a certified yoga instructor who loves sharing her practice with others. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and pets, and exploring global cuisines by learning to cook diverse dishes. 

Amanda V.

Front Desk Associate

Originally from Chicago, IL, Amanda transitioned from a successful 10-year career in real estate to pursue her passion for aesthetics, relocating to Pennsylvania in 2023. As the front desk receptionist at The Morgenstern Center, Amanda plays a key role in the patient experience, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all insurance information is accurately maintained. Her strong organizational skills and warm approach help create a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. Amanda currently resides in Bridgeport, PA, with her boyfriend, Sean, and their 15-year-old dog, Sheldon. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by playing tennis and golf. 

Jaquin R.

Front Desk Associate

Since joining The Morgenstern Center in October 2022 as the front desk receptionist at the Lancaster location, Jaquin has excelled in providing exceptional customer service. With a warm, welcoming demeanor and a deep understanding of the importance of patient care, she ensures that each individual feels informed and supported throughout their experience. Jaquin is committed to enhancing the overall patient journey, whether they're seeking cosmetic procedures or insurance-based treatments, and finds great satisfaction in helping them achieve their goals.

Her role extends beyond greeting patients—Jaquin manages scheduling, answers patient inquiries, and coordinates with the medical team to ensure a seamless experience. She prides herself on being a helpful and reliable resource for both patients and staff. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her dogs, which brings her joy and relaxation.

Front Desk Associate

Jenna joined the Morgenstern Center over four months ago, bringing more than six years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Her passion for the medical field and the opportunity to work with exceptional patients and a dedicated team drew her to this role. As a front desk associate, she is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in accessing the care they need.  Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my boyfriend and our Pug, indulging my creative side through painting and flower arranging, and exploring the vibrant local dining scene. I also find relaxation in playing video games and unwinding at home.

With over a year at The Morgenstern Center and more than four years of experience in marketing, Stephanie plays a crucial role in connecting the practice with the communities surrounding Wayne, PA, and Lancaster, PA. Her diverse background, which spans industries from cleanup and restoration to wellness, has equipped her with a unique ability to create engaging content and manage all digital channels effectively.

At The Morgenstern Center, Stephanie is not only focused on marketing services but also on bringing people together. She is passionate about crafting content that resonates with the audience and fosters genuine connections. Whether through community events, social media, or targeted digital campaigns, she ensures the practice reaches and engages with its local communities, building strong, lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She stays active with running, boxing, and yoga, and calls the vibrant City of Brotherly Love, her home.
